Well... I've fed the cat..... done the school run..
.... dragged myself to work, managed to locate my desk and had two cups of tea but I'm still asleep!!! God I'm talented!!
The big question today....wonder who'll win the US presidency and....
What difference will it make to the universe??

The possibilities are endless.....
''If the mind of a man can conceive and believe, the mind of a man can achieve!!''
I really do think we can aspire to be anything we want…..
A dear friend once told me…''we have to be grounded in our senses to be liberated in our soul''.
This has stayed with me and I really believe that if we open our hearts, minds and eyes to the limitless possibilities we can achieve far more than we could imagine.
The only person who prevents this is ourselves. We stunt our own growth, give up on our own dreams. It comes down to choice. To pursue our goals or to jump on the daily grind and put our dreams and ambitions on the back burner moving further and further away until one day they are just a speck on the horizon and we are too detached to go back and grab them. We have to carry them with us….. and believe… and as the universe unfurls as it should and leads us to our destinies in preordained steps so too will our dreams become our reality.
My father always made me believe that if we want something badly enough we can have it…even if it means to remain focused, determined, working damned hard and staying committed to our goal.
In the end we have to be true to our hearts and true to our dreams because they are ours to grasp and always within reach.

How much of it really matters anyway....
It doesn’t really matter anyway... right?
I race around on a daily basis..making ends meet, catching up on visits, friends, work, deadlines, meetings and so on and so forth but sometimes when I stop and reflect I wonder.... how much does it really matter. I mean don’t get me wrong. There is stuff we have to do. We have the choice and we do have lives, commitments to fulfil but how much of the excess could we avoid and what impact would it have on our quality of life and wellbeing?
Do all the phone calls, the chat, the gossip, the feuds, really matter? What is so bad, so wrong that we cannot forgive? What is so important that we carry grudges through days, weeks, years and a lifetime?
Does having a huge mortgage, surviving the credit crunch, having the latest designer shoes really matter at the cost of our health running ourself to the ground. At worst in this country we never have to starve and have more than most! I want to 'be', to live and see my world. Not pass through blindly chasing castles in the air......
So the reality is that the past has passed, the future isn’t even here yet so we have the here and now. So let’s just live in the moment and make it count, be true to ourselves and those around us. We don’t know how many tomorrows we have but we have today and you know, no matter what ...today is an experience, a lesson, a blessing.
Because really at the end of the day.......how much of it all really matters anyway...........!!!
